Judges eventually declared Northampton winners in a very closely fought category. Impressed by the depth of the campaign, Judges noted that the Northampton entry was extremely well conceived and, whilst acknowledging that the spend was significant, were impressed that the campaign exceeded all of its aims and objectives.
