A clear winner with all the judges. The Leicester entry was an extremely detailed entry that provided excellent supporting evidence for the campaign. Meticulous planning, clever and careful use of IT to ensure clear, efficient communication and simple but vital objectives which were easily exceeded by the campaign impressed the whole judging panel.
